Yes — electrical and plumbing works are carried out by licensed trades, with the relevant submissions handled.
Can you size air-con for a dense office or server room?
Yes. We size ACMV to your actual heat loads, including server and comms rooms that need dedicated cooling.
Can you upgrade power without a full renovation?
Yes, we do standalone M&E upgrades — additional power, lighting or air-con — as A&A works.
