Designing an office for hybrid teams in 2026
The office isn't dead — it's changed job. When people can work anywhere, the workplace has to earn the commute. That changes what you build.
Design for the day it's busy

Make the technical invisible
Hybrid lives or dies on AV. Meeting rooms need cameras, mics and acoustics that make remote colleagues equal participants — the fastest way to make people stop coming in is calls that don't work.
