Renovating without shutting down: how phased A&A works
Plenty of businesses can't move out to renovate. Phased additions-and-alterations works let you upgrade an occupied office while people keep working.
Zone the space
We split the office into zones and renovate one at a time, relocating teams temporarily. Noisy and dusty tasks are scheduled after hours or over weekends.
Protect operations
Dust barriers, safe access routes and careful M&E isolation keep the working areas usable. It takes more planning than an empty-shell job, but it avoids the cost of temporary premises.
